I went to check on a deposit and the timing for hitting our bank account and noticed it was routed to some bank we don't even use at GO2BANK? We are a Chase customer and haven't even heard of this online bank. This is s a disaster and there's no one at QuickBooks around to stop it.

Hi john@uxbx.com!

Allow me to share some info about your payments.

The GO2bank is mobile baking powered by Green Dot Bank, which is also the provider of QuickBooks Cash. Once you sign up for QuickBooks Payments within QuickBooks Online, you also applied to QuickBooks Cash. Once approved, it's where all of your customer payments get deposited.

You can transfer funds from your QuickBooks Cash to any external banks including your Chase account. For the detailed steps, here's how to use your QuickBooks Cash account.

Additionally, all QuickBooks Cash users will receive a debit card. Once you receive yours, here's how to use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash.

I also suggest checking this link: Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu. This includes a set of articles and answers to common questions about QuickBooks Cash.

For other concerns regarding your customer payments, it's best reaching to our Payments Team. They have all the tools needed to check all your transactions.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "GO2bank".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
