Thank you for letting us know about the status of your bank transactions, @hr47

 

I'm here to help you bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Once you've connected a bank account into QuickBooks, for most financial institutions, QBO automatically downloads your transaction data each night. In addition, you also have the option to manually update your account to add any transactions that have cleared since the last automatic download.

 

Therefore, we'll need to update your bank manually to show/bring the transactions into QuickBooks. To update your bank manually. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Bank transactions. 
  2. Select Update.

If you still can't find them, you can download the missing bank transaction manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks. Log in to your bank website, then download CSV files of your transactions. I've included the following articles below for more insights:
