Welcome to the Community, Katyushkina.

I understand the importance of your TD Bank account to associate with your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

When you connect your bank account to QBSE, ensure that the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) matches the bank's page. To do this, open the bank page in a separate browser window. I also recommend checking your bank's website to see if it's undergoing maintenance. Contacting your bank regarding your transactions not showing up in your QBSE account also helps resolve this matter. If you're still having trouble, try opening your QBSE account in an incognito or private web browser.

Furthermore, if you've encountered a specific error upon connecting your bank with QBSE, return to us and give us information so we can address this matter and find an adequate solution.

Moreover, when your transactions are ready, organize them by following the guidelines in this article: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you need further assistance connecting your bank account in QBSE. Kindly leave a comment below, and I'll address them promptly. Be safe!

Dear Irene,

Thank you for your reply. I added transactions using csv files as TD Bank does not support the export of transactions older than 90 days.

Best regards
