Question

Ten days, and intuit still won't fix the problem connecting to my bank. Ten days, and no one responds. Terrible customer service.

And they send me "no-reply" emails.  And their customer service reps tell me that there is no way to know how long it will take them to fix this.  What terrible service.

I'd like to help but I need more details regarding the bank issue. 

 

What is the name of the bank? And did you receive any specific error messages when connecting it? Details like this would allow me to check for any reported issues on a certain bank, and lay down the necessary steps to fix it.
