The balance of the bank accounts are not updated, May I know how I can get it fix ?

QuickBooks depends on what your bank shares with us. I suggest logging in to your bank's website and check the transaction dates. Here are some factors that you'll need to consider when downloading bank transactions:

• Some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
• Some banks will show a transaction on their website but won't download the transaction until it posts.
• If the missing transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.

Then, go to the Banking page in QuickBooks and manually update the connection. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Choose the Banking tab.
3. Locate the bank account where the transactions are missing.
4. Click Update.
5. Select Update Now.
6. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
7. Click Continue Update.
8. Once done, proceed to the For review tab and check those transactions.
   
   

If there are missing entries, you can download them from your bank and manually import them to QuickBooks. Once completed, you can now start reviewing and categorizing your transactions.
