The bank account I have connected to my account does not update with new transactions, how do I fix this?

Let's check to see why your bank account has stopped providing feeds.

 

You'll stop getting feeds when your bank has maintenance, there is a setting you need to adjust in your bank account, etc. Refreshing your connection usually resolves the issue or gives us a hint about the cause via error messages.

 

We can refresh your connection if you haven't already:

 

  1. Sign in to QBSE.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Choose Bank accounts under Transactions.
  4. Click Refresh all.

 

If there's an error code or message, click to open the article that explains it, or comment with the name of the bank. This way, I can check if there are reported cases about it. You can also sign in to your bank’s website to see if there are updates or maintenance activities that are affecting their online banking service.

 

Alternatively, you can download the transactions of the affected period and upload them to QBSE. Then, categorize them afterward.
