Let me help you with your banking concern, @12trammell.
To start, use a different or private browser to log in to your account. When the browser is overloaded with regularly accessed page resources, issues can occur.
You can use either of these shortcut keys to access one:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
In addition, you'll want to clear the cache in your browser to avoid any strange behavior. You can also use other browsers that are compatible with it.
When a financial institution does upgrades, QuickBooks Online will not sync immediately. With this, I recommend visiting your bank's website to stay up to date on their latest news and upgrades.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Banking menu. 2. Select Link account or Add account. Note: You won't need to create an account, you just need the listed URL. 3. Select your bank after searching for it. 4. Copy the URL listed below the bank's name. 5. Use the copied URL to log in to your bank's website.

Be sure to drop me a reply if you have additional questions with bank connection. I'd be more than happy to help.
