I’m here to provide a fix so the currency rate will show up again, @rtenney.

The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the program functionalities.

Try to open your QuickBooks account and redo the process using an incognito or private window. You can use these keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative. In addition, it would be best to utilize the Health Checkup Tool. It is used to check multiple aspects of the browser to make sure the application runs seamlessly.

I’ve attached an article that provides more information on how QuickBooks uses exchange rates for foreign currency transactions. I’m sure you’ll find it helpful.
