Question

The "deposit" button won't open, it keeps spinning. I have logged out and logged back in, no change. Everything else works including expenditures. What do I do?

Hey newcomer! Let's work together so that you're able to click and get into the Deposit button. 

 

To narrow down the cause of this loading problem, trying some troubleshooting steps would be the best route. Using a private browser or incognito window will assist in eliminating any errors or glitches that could be occurring on the back end of your account. Here's how depending on your browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I suggest using a different supported browser. 

 

This should do the trick to load the Deposit button. Feel free to come back if you have any trouble along the way. I'm only a post away!
