Question

The expenditures and deposits are showing in the register but when reconciled the sum of these are not showing on the reconciled report. How does this get fixed?

Let's get this resolved, @legionpost006@cf.

When reconciling an account, you'll want to make sure the Filter option is clear to prevent incorrect or missing transactions.

Also, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to verify if this is a browser-related concern. Sometimes your cached data become outdated or corrupted, leading to unusual behavior that affects system functionalities.

To start, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check your reconciled report. If you're able to see the sum of your expenditures and deposits, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative except for Internet Explorer.

If you’d like to print or export your reconciliation report, just refer to this guide for complete instructions: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?
