Hi there, Sukhi.

I appreciate all your efforts in trying to resolve the syncing issues of your account. Let’s try performing other troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

To get this sorted, as an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by opening your account in a private browser.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back to your banking page and manually update or sync your account from there. If it works, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.

Once connected, the system downloads the latest transactions. From there, you can categorize them into their correct accounts. Here's an article as your guide: Review downloaded bank and credit card transactions.

Moreover, you can check with your bank for other ways how to download your transactions with QuickBooks. You can check these articles for more details:

Keep in touch if you have other concerns connecting your account with QuickBooks. I'll get back to you right away to assist you. Stay safe and healthy.
