Let me help fix this issue when connecting your bank, elsamims.

You can follow onscreen steps on how to enter the correct information when getting security questions.

If you're unable to get it right, go to your bank's website. There's a setting on their page where you have security questions and answers.

Here are additional troubleshooting steps you can follow to fix online banking errors in QuickBooks Online.

Once you're able to connect your bank to QuickBooks, the system will automatically download transactions. Then, you can start reviewing and categorizing those entries.

If you're still unable to connect your bank, you can download transactions from your bank. Then, manually import them to QuickBooks.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Link account ▼ drop-down and then Upload from file.
  3. Select Browse, select the file you downloaded from your bank, then click Next.
  4. On the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Next.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Next.
  6. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Please let me know if you have follow up questions about banking. I'm still here to offer my assistance. Have a good one.
