I'll share a bunch of solutions to help you reconcile the payment.
You'll want to check and compare your ending balances in the bank and the one entered in QuickBooks. An incorrect ending balance is likely the reason why the payment isn't reconciling.
In this case, edit the ending balance on the reconciliation page to correct it:
On the Reconciliation screen, click the Edit info button.
Under the Ending Balance box, edit the amount according to your bank statement.
Click Save.
You might also want to double-check your bank statement to see if the payment is included for the period.
