There is no plus sign on the deposit menu

Allow me to provide some information on your concern and help you from there.

 

You'll want to know that the deposit page doesn't have a plus sign. If you need help recording your bank deposits, please be guided to the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the + New button, then select Bank deposit.
  3. From the Account drop-down, choose the appropriate bank account.
  4. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to deposit.
  5. Click Save and close.
