Question

There is no reconcile option in my quickbooks online account. I have followed the instructions and looked under the wheel/gear and under tools - no reconcile option?

I can see that you're product tagging is QuickBooks Self Employed, askdouglas73.

 

The Reconcile option is only available in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop versions.

 

You'll want to review your subscription to verify if this might be the reason why you don't have the option to reconcile your account. I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select the Gear icon
  3. Choose Billing info.

 

Once verified, you may switch from QuickBooks Self Employed to QuickBooks Online, so you can utilize the reconciliation feature moving forward.
