Question

There seems to be a glitch when trying to add/select tags under the transactions page. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for bringing this up in the Community. I've checked with my resources and verify with the engineering team, we haven't received any similar issues reported in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let's see if this is a browser issue or not, let's try refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. If the same things happen, we can continue following the recommended troubleshooting steps above.

 

Let's use an incognito/private browsing session by following shortcut keys below:
 

 

Log back in and check if you able to add tags in the transactions. I'd suggest you go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. You can refer to this article that will walk you through the steps depending on which one you're using: Clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files. 

 

Alternatively, we can use a supported, up-to-date browser and log back into your account. It'll help us check if the issue is caused by a browser.
