Question

There was an error while processing an instant deposit. I can't tell if it went through or not. But the funds are no longer available. How can I check the status.

I've got you covered, @handcarvedcandle.

 

You can go to the Get paid & pay menu to view the status of your instant deposit and verify if the payment was processed successfully. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to Get paid & pay and select Deposits.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

 

From there, you'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.

 

If it won't show up in a daily deposit, there may be an issue with the payment. You should receive an email from Intuit if there's ever an issue. Check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.
