They changed the app, again. Now I cannot even figure out how to record a new bank deposit from undeposited funds! Wish they would add app features not “fix” exist.

I'm here to help you ensure that you can post bank deposits in the QuickBooks Online.

You're unable to process bank deposit under the latest update in QuickBooks app. However, you can see the added transactions. No worries, you can still record a bank deposit using any supported browser.

Here's how: 

1. Go to qbo.intuit.com, then log into your account.
2. Click the New (+) icon.
3. Choose Bank Deposit.
4. In the Choose an account field, select the bank account to which to deposit funds.
5. Enter the Date.
6. In the Add funds to this deposit table, enter information about any additional items to include in this deposit, including who the item was Received From, the Account, Payment Method, and Amount of the item.
7. Hit Save and close.
