Question

This isn't my first rodeo. Reconciling credit card statements.Check the transaction, instead of R it says C. When I go back through and change it to an R. ?

Then when I go to reconcile, every transaction has disappeared and says it cannot reconcile.

I can see how important time is in your business, @eric-w-rasmussen. Please know that encountering issues when reconciling aren’t the kind of service I want you to experience. 

 

I’d like to let you know that the issue you mentioned has been reported. Rest assured that this will be prioritized among other issues.

 

It’d be best if you reach out to our Customer Care Team. This way, you’ll be added to the list of affected users. With this, you’ll receive updates through your email as they work on this issue.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you’ll want to change status to Cleared so the transactions appear on the reconciling screen.
