TRANSACTION ISN'T SHOWING UP IN QUICKBOOKS. HOW DO I ENTER IT?

Several factors can impact your data, making it unavailable in QuickBooks, Fleah. I can lay them out for you and ensure you can handle this situation.

Did you connect your bank account to the Bank transactions page? If so, kindly click the Update icon on your bank account. It refreshes the system and downloads your newest transactions.

After that, double-check the For review tab on your Banking page and see if the missing transactions are visible in the system. If the issue persists, please review the following tabs on the Banking page:

• Categorized tab - If the transactions are added or matched, they'll be visible in this area and in your QuickBooks reports. Review its data and see if some changes need to be applied.
• Excluded tab - The transactions listed on this tab are considered removed from the system and are not part of your financial records. Furthermore, if transactions from your bank are identical to the Excluded tab's data, the system will not download them to avoid duplication. Check each item, and should you need them on your records, you can click the transaction. Then, Undo the exclusion and Add or Match them from the For review tab to organize them into accurate accounts.

If the transaction is still nowhere to be found after following the steps above, you can manually enter them into QuickBooks. All you have to do is log in to your bank website and download a CSV copy of your data. After that, upload the file into the program. Enter it in QuickBooks like you normally would for that type of transaction.

If banking, then either as a check or a deposit.  If a credit card, then probably as a credit card charge transaction.
