I can help you in fixing these duplicate transactions.
If these transactions are manually created in QuickBooks Online, you'll need to manually delete them. Simply open the transaction, and click Delete at the footer section.
If you're referring to the transactions in the Banking, please note that these are from your bank. QuickBooks Online doesn't have control over what the bank provided to us. What we can do is to exclude them by following these steps:
Go to the Banking/Transactions menu and select Banking.
Select the bank, then the For review section.
Find the duplicate transactions and check it boxes.
Tap Exclude.
Once done, you can go to the Excluded section to see all excluded transactions. If you want to delete them permanently, check their boxes again, then click Delete. Check this article for your reference: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.
