Transactions did not come through from my bank

When I pulled my profit and loss, there is a 4 month gap where nothing came through from my bank upload

If you're referring to the downloaded transactions that you're unable to view on the Banking page, I recommend clicking the Update button. It refreshes the connections between the bank's website and QuickBooks. If you mean entries are not showing in the Profit and Loss report but appear in the bank register, you'll have to make sure that you choose the correct date range. This way, you're able to pull up the right data with specific information associated with it.

 

If the issue continues to occur, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using: 

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works in incognito, you need to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate.
