Transactions from 1/11/23-9/4/23 did not transfer from my bank account into Quickbooks, anything before and after have. How can I get those funds transferred into Quickb

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Usually, most bank downloads transactions for up to 90 days only. If the bank transactions still won't import, I'd suggest manually adding them using an Excel CSV file.
