Transactions from all accounts are not updating

I can see all balances but none of the transactions are updating.  This isn’t just one account.  This is two banks and three different credit card companies.  I’m not doing this manually for that many accounts which is why I pay for QuickBooks so that it will do it for me.  Worked fine Friday morning 11/19 but hasn’t worked since.  I’m refreshed multiple times and do not get any type of error message.

It's great to see a new face here in the Community. Allow me to point you in the right direction to get this resolved. 

 

If you've already tried refreshing your page or clear your browser's history, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use additional tools to review the back end of your account to see why this is happening or if they see an error on their end. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Click the Contact Us button. 
  3. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk. 
  4. Scroll down and select to Get a callback. 

 

It's that easy!
