Transactions from my Bank stopped downloading May 6, 22. The only response from QB has been, we're investigating (for 3 months). Has anyone else found a resolution?

To clarify, what bank are you currently using? Knowing this would allow me to check further for possible open investigations concerning your financial institution. Meanwhile, we can do a manual download to refresh your connection with your bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks

Here's how:

1. Go to Bookkeeping , select Transactions.
2. Click Bank transactions, or go to Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

In case you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen steps to continue the update. 

If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. Sign in to your bank’s website to check. For a complete guide, please check out this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For the time being, I recommend uploading your bank transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QBO.

Once your bank transactions are available on the Banking page, you need to review them and put them in the correct accounts. You can check out this link as your guide: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QBO.

Utilize MT Online for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
