Question

Transactions in Register not pulling into Recon Screen

I have 7 transactions that wont pull into the recon screen even after filtering to show all the data.  The system continues to only pull through a certain date on my screen.  Statement ending date verified, transactions are before it.  Any other ideas would be appreciated.  I have verified they are in the register (auto bank feed).  Please and Thank You!

I've got some further troubleshooting to help you, @KateS2.

Please know that this isn’t the kind of service we want you to experience. That’s why I’m here to ensure you’ll get all the transactions you need.

First off, I'd like to know if you have encountered any error messages during the process. If so, please let me know in the comments section.

There are a few possible reasons why transactions are missing in your Reconcile page. To check if it’s a browser issue, we can start by using an incognito browser.

Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Google Chrome, press Ctrl+ Shift + N.
  • For Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

Once done, you can review the missing transactions and check if it belongs to the correct bank you reconciled. Then, you'll need to clear your cache in your regular browser. This will help improve the performance of your device.

You can also use other supported browsers. This contains the system requirements we need for the best experience with QuickBooks.

Kindly visit this article to learn how to find, review, and edit transactions in your account register. From here, you can try searching for the transactions you’re looking for.

Once you have all the transactions, you can now try to reconcile the account and watch a video tutorial on this link.
