Question

Transactions will not show up on my transaction page. Quickbooks sent me an email that was absolutely no help to me. This is a very urgent issue.

Under my banking page no transactions appear for review. I have tried everything to correct this with no luck. This has been an issue for a week. I do not know where to find the answers I need

Making sure you always have your latest transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is my priority. 

 

To help you with this, may I know the specific bank you're having problems with? Also, have you checked your bank website to see if they're having any maintenance issues that may cause transactions not showing on your Banking tab? Any additional information is a great help so I can provide you a timely solution.

 

In the meantime, let's manually update the connection of your bank with QBO. To do so, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Banking/Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Once done, go back to the For Review tab and check if you can now see the transactions.

Once everything is set, you'll now need to categorize and match your downloaded transactions in QBO. This is to ensure that they are in the correct account.
