Transfer money to bank account, the ability to do this stopped last week, anyone have this problem

My bank account was in QB, and I was allowed to make transfers from QB to my outside checking account, last week it all disappeared and not able to reload the info.  No one a QB has a clue how to fix the problem, very concerned, no way to access cash other than $1000 a day at an ATM
