Trying to accept a transaction for posting. First said not accepted and now nothing will work

The stored cache can cause unusual browser behavior. To verify, let's try some basic troubleshooting procedures.

 

Let's start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online company using an incognito page. Here are the keyboard shortcuts in opening a private/incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to accept/categorize the transactions without any issues, then you'll have to clear your regular cache browser.

 

Now you should be able to categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
