Trying to add sale from PayPal Bank (Error)

I'm having an issue adding a sale from the paypal bank feed.

 

It keeps saying: "Amount must be zero for bundle line items."

 

Are bundles no longer allows through PayPal's bank feed?

I'll share some insights about adding sales (bundles) from PayPal bank feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and the actions you need to help take care of the error you've encountered, @dakotabartell.

 

All transactions (income/sales, expenses, etc.) that impact your PayPal account balance will be imported into the For review tab on the Banking menu in QBO. That should include your bundled sales. Then, allows you to categorize them to keep your account accurate and updated.

 

For the time being, there's no reported issue about the error you've received. Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. They can create a case to investigate this matter and guide you with a fix. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message/Chat or Get a callback).
