Trying to convert online to Mac Desktop need to download the files- Live help has been useless. Is there a migration tool for a MAC or only windows?

No 3rd party migration tool running on Mac. You may have 2 ways to migrate your data from QBO to QBD Mac.

1. Use the converter tool to get the QBD (Windows) file, open it on the trial license of QBD (Windows) 2021, and create a backup file to be restore on your QBD 2021 Mac.

 

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.
