Question

Trying to correct confirmed transactions that went to wrong credit card account . I hit unmatch and get an oops message Not sure what to do?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser issue. To start, let's run your QBO account in private mode. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Once signed in, perform the steps you took before receiving the error. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to get a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers if private mode browsing doesn’t work.
