Trying to get a deposit released

Deposit withheld from October 18. Quickbooks will not release funds and gives me the run-around. Keeps saying in 24-48 hours but no release. Says funds released, but no cash available. Time for a lawyer?

I know how crucial it is to get this deposit to be released, dean-irwin-cymed.

 

From time to time, we will review customer payments and deposits to protect everyone involved in the payment process. When something unexpected happens in your transaction, a hold may be placed on the funds. 

 

When this happens, you'll normally receive an email with the steps to fix the issues. Usually, our Risk Management Team will ask for more information to complete the review. After you provide them, the process is usually completed within 2 business days.
