Hi there, @allwood15-yahoo-.

Let's make sure you'll be able to connect your routing number to QuickBooks Online.

To begin, let’s perform basic troubleshooting. To see if there is an issue running with your browser that you are using currently.

You can try opening a private window (incognito) if your unable to do it in a regular browser. I've included the shortcut keys below for you to use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Return to your default browser if you can log in. Your cache and extensions are most likely interfering with the scripts QuickBooks is attempting to run. Clear the cache, so you can work with a blank slate. If not, try using a different browser.

However, if you're still experiencing the same, I recommend reaching out to our support team. This way, they'll be able to investigate further. Also, they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Going to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern for example: unable to connect routing number, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat, Get a callback, Ask the community.

Thank you for contacting us today. This forum is always open for your QuickBooks conversion questions, and I am happy to assist. Have a wonderful day of you.
