Question

Trying to sync a business credit card with QBO account. The correct credit card is not showing up as an option listed when I try to connect.

I'm trying to connect a business credit card with my QBO account. My business checking account is already connected. When I attempt to connect it, a list of credit card options is generated from my bank, but the correct credit card is not included in the list. Help?! Not sure whether this is a QBO problem or a bank issue.

Good day, @JavelinaCatherineAlonzo. I'm here to provide some information regarding connecting your credit cards to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can check with your bank to see if your credit card is available for online banking. If it is possible, ensure that you're searching for the correct credit card provider to successfully link it to QBO.

Otherwise, you have the option to manually upload your bank transactions.

In addition, you can also add and match transactions that were downloaded into QuickBooks. Check out this article for you to be guided: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Leave me a comment below if you have additional questions about connecting your credit cards to QBO. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a good one.

Another option, utilize MT Online to import your data.
