Two credit card numbers under one master account

I'm here to share information about adding multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online, @ButterfieldShellfish.

You can create subaccounts o breakdown your expenses, income and other account types into more detail.

You can use the subaccounts to keep your chart of accounts organized when creating under a parent account. If needed, create a new parent account, before creating a subaccount.

I'll show you how to add a subaccount:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Click Chart of accounts.
3. Select New. Depending on your account view, you’ll either see a panel labeled New account or New category.
