U i number wont work

There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. And can be the reason why the system is having problems accepting your account number for payroll taxes in QBO.

Before we begin working, may I know how did you obtain such an account number? And if it is given by your local tax agency, have you tried asking them the characters of your account number to make sure it is accurate?

For now, let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to determine why such a problem is not letting you set up your SUI account number. To begin with, let's consider logging in to your QBO payroll account using a private browser. To use a private or incognito browser, here's how:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
• Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to seamlessly set up the account number of your payroll taxes. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
