Question

Unable to import PayPal transactions prior to 10/14/2022; what am I doing wrong?

I exported the .CSV for 1/1/2022-10/13/2022 and QB Self-Employed will not import it.  Thank you.

I'll be happy to help you get through this situation so you can have your files imported to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. But before anything else, may I ask if you've received any error prompts when importing your data to your account? Actually, I deleted the account and used the Connect to PayPal account option and it imported everything.  Thank you!
