Welcome to the Community, dawnbo75.

Thank you for reaching out to us about unable to post a deposit. Let me share some insights that can help you fix the issue.

Web browsers store cookies and bits of data to speed up your browsing experience. Sometimes this can stop pages from loading correctly.

You'd want to clear your browser cache and cookies.

Most of the time, you only need to clear your browser's cache. But if you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks.

Note: It’s important to only clear Intuit-specific cookies.

Here's how to do it using Google Chrome:

  1. Go to the Menu: button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Choose Site settings.
  4. Click Cookies and site data under Content.
  5. Select See all cookies and site data.
  6. Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
  7. Click Remove.
  8. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.

Also, feel free to visit our Help articles page to find updated answers for your other QuickBooks concern.
