Question

Unable to select new projects when entering time directly into Quickbooks Online (not using Quickbooks Time), since early July. BIG PROBLEM FOR US.

Hi,

 

I know how bothersome it can be when an issue persists for an extended period of time. The best action would be for one of our phone agents to look at your account and look into the reason why you're unable to select a project.

 

You can reach out to them through the ? Help menu. Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the ? Help menu, go to the Assistant tab.
  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. You can enter, I'm unable to add a project when entering time as your keywords.
  4. Select No.
  5. Choose how you'll want to contact our phone representatives.
