Unable to update banking transactions

I am unable to update my banking in quickbooks online. It refreshes but does not show current updates. Is quickbooks online having an issue with this? I tried Chrome and Firefox

Thanks for posting here, k-vick.

 

It's best to check the bank's website and see if they are having a system issue. That will cause connections errors and will prevent the transactions from downloading. 

 

Also, if you already clicked the Update button on the Banking page but the same thing happens, you'll want to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They can further investigate and see the root cause of this behavior.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Banking"
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually import the transactions. All you need is a file from your bank that we can import to QuickBooks Online. Please check these links for the detailed steps:
