uncleared transactions

My point of sale transfers automatically to QB Online but so does the bank.  I have a lot of duplicate transactions that are uncleared.  There are 2 bank accounts 1 is a cash account and one is a checking account  and they are showing in both so if I remove it from the checking account then it adds it to the cash account and throws the cash account off.  How do I remove them without them transferring into another account?

I've got the steps for removing duplicate transactions, mindy3111.

To exclude the duplicates, here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select App transactions.
  2. Select the For Review tab. Your transactions appear in the list.
  3. For transactions that are already categorized, you can undo this on the Categorized tab.
  4. Once you undo these transactions, this will move to the For review tab.
  5. Under For review tab, locate the duplicate transactions then click Exclude.

Moreover, I'll share this article to help you categorize transactions automatically: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Comment below if you have further questions about managing your duplicate transactions. I'm here to help. Have a nice day!

I don't have a for review tab under transactions.  I have bank transactions, receipts, reconcile, rules and chart of accounts.

Thanks for getting back on this thread, @mindy3111.

As much as I'd help you achieve your goal, I need more information to help me get on the same page.

Could you tell me more about it? How did you integrate Point of Sale (POS) transfers to QBO? Did you connect the bank to QBO?

Also, would you mind adding a screenshot of your tabs under the Transactions menu? This way, I can provide you with an appropriate resolution.

I appreciate any details you can provide. I'm looking forward to your reply. Have a great rest of the day.
