I logged into QBOA USA version and undo reconciliation is not an option, only print. How do I undo a reconciliation in this version?

I'd be pleased to assist you in undoing a reconciliation, @latoya@syndesus.

First off, when you say QBOA, are you referring to QuickBooks Online Advanced? or the QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) version? Please note that we can only undo an entire reconciliation if we're using QBOA. Since you're only seeing a print option, it's possible that you aren't using one.

In this case, we need to manually edit each transaction to undo the reconciliation. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu. Then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and select View register.
  3. To help you focus on this task, filter the register to only include the last 60 days of transactions.
  4. Review the check column. If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R.”
  5. Select the box and keep clicking it until it's blank. It removes the transaction from the reconciliation.

  6. Select Save then close your register.

However, if you don't want to manually do it and need to start over, you can reach out to your accountant since they can undo an entire period at once using QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Moreover, each time you finish reconciling, QBO automatically generates a reconciliation report for that session. To help you view, print and export that report, feel free to browse through this article: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report

If I can be of any additional assistance with regard to undoing reconciliations in QBO, please don't hesitate to insert a comment below. Stays safe.
