Updated my credit card and it wiped pout my history.

my credit card wouldn't download so i clicked disconnect on exit. Now my history is gone. How do i get it back?

Let me help you get it back, @mull1.

 

You'll have to reconnect your credit card again to get back the transactions. Also, when an account is disconnected from QuickBooks, all the unreviewed transactions will be deleted as well.

 

Reconnecting the credit card is the same process as how you first connected it. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Banking tab and select Connect account.
  2. Search for your bank using the bank name or URL.
  3. Select Continue and enter your online banking login credentials.
  4. Choose the account and the account type you'd like to connect
  5. Click Connect.
