Updating Bank Feed

My bank feed is not updating. It keeps saying "Something's not quite right. We could not update your accounts right now. Please try again later."

I was having this issue yesterday and it finally updated once last night but it's doing the same thing again today. It won't update. I've tried clearing the cache, opening in a private window and cannot get it to update again. Is anyone else having issues with their bank feed not updating in QBs Online?

At this time, we have an ongoing investigation into why you're unable to update your bank feeds. Our engineers are already aware on this and currently working on the solution of this issue. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this further.

I'd also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, you’ll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email of any updates.

Here's how:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to Help.
Choose the Search tab and then click on Contact Us.
Put in a brief description of your concern, and then hit Let's talk.
Select Callback from the option.
Enter your contact information and click Get a call.
