I'm here to take care of your banking concern today, @gopalhcsm.

If circles are going around on your banks, it means that the system is doing updates to bring the latest available transactions. After the update, the transactions will all be added to QuickBooks. From there, here's how you can review and categorize them.

If it takes time or weeks, there might be several data to download. If the status of the update remains the same, I recommend opening QuickBook using a private browser to check the update from there. In most cases, unusual behavior happens due to the stocked cache on the regular browser you're using. To save you the time you can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If it works fine and transactions are now added to QuickBooks, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh. Moreover, you can use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

For more hints about getting the latest transactions from your bank accounts, you can check out this link: Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Alternatively, you can upload your transactions manually by preparing an Excel CSV file. You can use this article as your guide: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
