Upgraded to QBO, now all of my old Self Employed data is gone. I am in the middle of doing my 2020 taxes! Is there any way to retrieve and download that data?

We'll take care of that problem for you. With this, I'd recommend contacting our technical support. From there, our specialist can go over your account and retrieve the data for you. 

Follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us. 
2. Type your concern in the box and tap Continue. 
3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure our response to your concerns is immediate.

Once your data is back, you can now pay your 2020 taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Then manually record the tax payment if you paid by mail or the account isn't connected to the bank.
