Question

Uploaded transactions are not appearing in my account for review. In that past this has work very well, but now it is not working. Any thoughts on why?

I downloaded a QBO file from my bank. Then I uploaded it into my account in quickbooks online. Normally these transaction would appear for Review. They do not. I do not understand why.

Hello @devlinpix,

 

Your transactions may have not uploaded successfully into your account. Let's pull up one of your reports and review the changes made to your account. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under TOOLS, select Audit Log.
  3. Review the history of the changes made to your account.

If the history show your transaction was uploaded, let's consider logging in to your QBO account using a private or incognito window so we can isolate this issue. To do so:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser app instead.

 

But it does not list anything related to your uploaded transactions, you'll have to upload them again by following the steps outlined in this article: How to get transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them?
