Used wrong bank account.what can I do?

Before we resolve your concern, may I ask if you're trying to connect your bank account to QuickBooks  Online (QBO) or trying to transfer funds from QBO to your Bank account? Any additional information would greatly help me provide a more suitable solution to this resolve.
