Wasnt able to download my 8 1099's I purchased from you, charged my card and when I hit download the page went blank.

Let's try this basic troubleshooting to download your 1099s successfully:

1. Go to Chrome and select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner. Then select Settings.
2. Select Privacy and security then Site settings.
3. Select Additional content settings then PDF documents.
4. Toggle Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
5. Try to print your 1099s again.
